POWER PLANT BOILERS AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENTS

1. BOILERS AND PRESSURE PARTS

The boilers and the boiler parts we produce are of wide working parameters, and can use either solid or liquid and gaseous fuel for thermal power plants, district heating plants, and works related to different industries (such as petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, a.s.o).

At the same time S.C. VULCAN S.A. has been the only Romanian producer of Pressurised Fluidised Bed Combustion Boilers manufactured mainly for the foreign markets (under beneficiary design).

2. TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT - PRESSURE VESSELS

VULCAN S.A. can produce technological equipment for district heating power plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, water treatment plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, food processing plants, fuel store, oil store a.s.o., based on our own designs and experience.

We are producing also water heaters, degasifiers, slurry, water and air separators, mud separators, mud settling tanks, filters, steam separators, blenders, vaporisers, deaerators, tanks, columns, expanders, heat exchangers-water/water and steam/water, safety valves, tanks (cylindrical and parallelipipedical) used for all kinds of fluids, dissolution vessels, ejectors for HCl, H2SO4, NaOH, NaCl and transfusion, agitators with screw or turbine, pre-heaters, boilers for local heating, mud separators a.s.o. (both on our standard projects and design OR BASED ON BENEFICIARY DESIGN).

3. FANS

VULCAN S.A. is manufacturing air and gas fans to equip the power and / or industrial boilers, with maximum flow capacity of 1,800,000 cbm /h.

Fans having blades with proper profiles are made in a workshop specially equipped to perform machining of very large shafts, non-destructive testing etc.

For dynamic equilibration S.C.VULCAN S.A. is equipped with a SCHENK stand for equilibration in vacuum (permitting equilibration for axles up to 7 m length and 40 tons weight).

4. MILLS

       VULCAN S.A. is manufacturing coal mills for power and / or industrial boiler equipping, having capacities between 9 t /h and 100 t /h. VULCAN S.A. usually performs two types of coal mills:
       - Ventilating mills (type MV)
       - Ventilating mills with hammers (Type MVC or DGS)

VULCAN S.A. has the capability to manufacture coal mills for higher capacities, as well as other mills types (on beneficiary design).

5. ROTARY AIR PREHEATERS

VULCAN S.A. is manufacturing rotary air pre-heaters for heat recovery and air preheating, with heat exchange surface of 42,000 sqm (and even greater).

6. WELDED STEEL STRUCTURE (heavy, medium and light)

VULCAN S.A. products are manufactured according to our own designs and specifications or to special demands of the customer. Special orders are also fulfilled in the area of chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical and cement industries, environmental equipment a.s.o.
